To submit architectural drawings or plans for immediate review and a free price quote, email them to engineeringcad@ironbuiltbuildings.com . If the digital file is large call for instructions to upload it to our Dropbox.com account or other data transmission services. Every request for custom design services or drawings review is sent directly to an estimator and responded to immediately.

Do you need a building FAST??
A number of Ironbuilt’s standard models can ship faster!! Depending on the size and complexity, preliminary drawings for your approval and stamped engineer drawings for permits will be generated within days. We understand the critical nature of emergencies including disaster relief buildings and have a reputation for delivery in time frames other companies are not prepared to meet. Current building production lead times and steel availability may limit this service.
Be sure and disclose to your Ironbuilt project designer if you are on a critical schedule and require expedited delivery.
Special Services - Going the extra mile
Many large corporations and Government agencies require special documentation, submittals and inspections in order for the contractor to complete the building project. If you request these in advance of the production, your Ironbuilt building specialist can have the following certifications prepared for you:
Made In the USA certification that the building conforms to the content provisions of the Buy American Act and the American Recovery Act.
Recycled Material Content certification of the percentage of material in the building that is from recycled origins (typically 70-71% but can be certified higher).
IBC Inspection certification that the manufacturer is an approved fabricator.
Material Testing Reports verifying the composition and tensile strength of steel used and chemical content of all materials.
Manufacturing Plant Inspection If your corporation’s or customer’s quality assurance inspector needs to inspect the material at the factory during fabrication or prior to shipment, it can be scheduled providing there is advance notice.
