Jim DiPramper wanted to feel confident in the supplier for his 36’x60′ prefab garage building so he and the contractor he hired to erect the metal building came to the Factory. “They showed all the materials and answered all of my questions.” He felt he had selected the right steel building manufacturer.
The metal workshop building was ordered 22’ tall at the sidewall so that they could elevate their equipment and work on the hydraulics. He purchased his garage doors from Ironbuilt and he sourced the walkdoors from a local supplier in Florida. Mr. Vitale was provided an erector through Ironbuilt’s contractor services division to construct the building. The crew was courteous, kept the jobsite spotless and constructed the steel building kit in less than a week.
Mr. DiPramper was very happy that he was able to come to the factory direct and pick up his own building. When it was time to do the metal building construction, Mr. DiPramper got some help from his friends, “Three of us put it together and it went up really well, everything lined up.” He added, “All the pieces on the garage metal building were numbered. So it made it easy.”
He was able to customize his building with a chimney and vented it on the sidewall. He really liked the metal building insulation, too.
